I notice a great deal of difference in the professionalism of the accelerated student versus the traditional student. Most notibly in simulation.
I notice that the accelerated student takes the experience extremely serious and the traditional student just cannot wait for it to be done.

Simulation in Nursing Education
Nursing schools continue to face a decrease in clinical site availability as well as a shortage of nursing faculty.
Hospitals no longer have the ability to offer lengthy orientations. Nursing schools must find innovative ways to better prepare graduate nurses for the workforce.
Many nursing schools have a very sophisticated, high-fidelity simulation labs; although, the students are mostly evaluated on professionalism alone and not on their continual readiness for entry into the workforce.
In addition, many hospitals now have simulation labs in their education departments which would be a nice segway as a learning strategy.
